I worked with companies to create or improve their recruitment process, build recruitment teams and optimize their employment brands. I trained recruiters to optimize their performance and success rates. I have a knack for finding the right people for a start-up environment. I put the human element back in recruiting. My newest entrepreneurial venture is The Red Shoe Agency.
